· Eligibility: In order to sign-up for a Rush Rewards Players Club account, guests must be at least 21 years of age and present a current, valid government issued Photo ID. No broken, taped, photocopied, or altered identification will be accepted to open or reprint a Rush Rewards Card.
· By participating in the Rush Rewards Players Club, participants agree to accept these rules and regulations.
· Rush Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards you for your recorded play at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh.
· As a member of the Rush Rewards Players Club you will automatically qualify for a Gold Card, which does not have an expiration date.
· Rush Rewards Players Club members may also sign-up for our Rivers Salutes program by presenting a valid Military ID or Veteran’s Card.
· Rush Rewards member status is evaluated every six months from January 1 through June 30 and July 1 through December 31.
· Rush Rewards members will be eligible for a Tier card upgrade when they reach the required criteria to a Platinum or Black Card. The Tier score for a Platinum and Black Card is earned from a running total of points for six months and is evaluated on June 30 and December 31 each year.
· Rivers Casino reserves the right to Tier Match with other casino properties.
· Poker points are excluded from Tier status.
· Rush Rewards points will expire after 180 days of inactivity.
· Promotional offers may not be combined.
· A complete list of current Rush Rewards Benefits will be kept at the Rush Rewards Players Club and may vary by tier.
· Each member of the Rush Rewards Players Club must have their own account number. No joint accounts will be issued.
· Email addresses are required if a Rush Rewards member wishes to receive electronic notifications of offers, invitations or other electronic mail communications from Rivers Casino Pittsburgh.
· A Rush Rewards member will select their own confidential PIN to complete transactions at the Kiosk or Slot Machine. Employees do not have access to a Player’s PIN. Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is not liable for any misuse of points if the PIN has been given to another person (including, but not limited to, a family member or friend).
· Rush Rewards members are responsible for properly inserting their card into the Slot Machine or presenting it at Table Games to ensure the card is being accepted as they play.
· Rush Rewards members are responsible for maintaining the security of their card and shall not provide their card or PIN to another person to use. Any use of a Rush Rewards card by someone other than the account holder is strictly prohibited.
· Rivers Casino Pittsburgh reserves the right to adjust account balances due to machine malfunctions, operator error or fraudulent behavior. All decision regarding any disputes will be final and binding.
· Employees of Rivers Casino Pittsburgh are not eligible for membership in the Rush Rewards Players Club program.
· Individuals who are on the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Exclusion or Self-Exclusion lists or who have been excluded from Gaming/iGaming are ineligible to participate or possess a Rush Rewards card.
· Individuals who become excluded, become ineligible for any reason, including but not limited to, death or eviction, or whose card privileges have been revoked will forfeit all accrued benefits in their entirety. Expired benefits are not redeemable and no benefits are transferrable.
· Benefits earned based on prior or current 6 month earning period are only awarded to active Rush Rewards Club Members. If a cardholder becomes inactive, canceled or forfeited for any reason, the benefits are null and void.
· Rivers Casino Pittsburgh reserves the right to change, modify, revoke or cancel any rules or benefits of the Rush Rewards Players Club at any time without notice.
General Rules 2025:
· No purchase necessary to participate.
· Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
· Must be at least 21 years of age to participate and all participants must provide valid proof of age.
· Points eligible for promotions, drawings and/or tournament are based on Slot and Table Game Points only (excluding Poker and BetRivers Sportsbook).
· End of gaming day open ratings will not count towards point earning period.
· All participants must have a Rush Rewards Players Club Card; Rush Reward Players Club Cards are free and are available to any eligible member of the public at the Rush Rewards Players Club.
· This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, including gaming laws and regulations, and all aspects of the promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.
· All entries are subject to review and verification.
· Free slot play awarded by Rivers Casino Pittsburgh must be activated at the slot machine by inserting at least $1 and completing at least one spin prior to downloading free slot play. Free slot play is only valid twenty four hours from time of activation unless otherwise specified in the Promotional Rules.
· A guest can only have name called once per each individual drawing. A guest’s name can be called multiple times in a drawing day unless otherwise stated in the Promotional Rules
· Winners must have valid picture identification (driver’s license, state identification card, or military identification card) in order to collect prize. If winner is not a U.S. citizen, consular identification, a current passport, nexus card or alien registration card is required.
· Winners agree to allow Rivers Casino Pittsburgh the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent, where permitted.
· Winners are responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees.
· All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this promotion lie solely with Rivers Casino Pittsburgh whose decisions are final.
· Rivers Casino Pittsburgh reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
· Rivers Casino Pittsburgh may disqualify any participant for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of promotional rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this promotion.
· Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
· Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible game pieces or promotional vouchers nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, or for technical, hardware, software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Rivers Casino Pittsburgh users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit , restrict, or prevent a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion.
· If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Rivers Casino Pittsburgh which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, Rivers Casino Pittsburgh reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
· All invitations, vouchers, game pieces, and entries are non-transferable.
· Must be present to win.
· In the event of a conflict between these General Rules and the specific individual Promotional Rules, the specific individual Promotional Rules shall apply.
· Employees of Rivers Casino Pittsburgh and its affiliates or parent companies and immediate families of Marketing, Finance, Information Technology and Audit departments are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Immediate family is defined as mother, father, spouse, brother, sister, children and persons residing in the employee’s place of residence.
· Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities and iGaming activities, including through a government program, at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh’s discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible.
· By participating in this promotion, participants agree to all rules.
· A copy of these rules and any changes will be available upon request at the Rush Rewards Players Club throughout the duration of this promotion.
